All Latch & Paint bookings must be held in a safe and clean environment to protect the safety and well-being of myself, my family, and other guests. Prior to departure, I will verify the location using Google Maps and other tools. If I determine the space is unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable, I reserve the right to decline the booking based on unsuitable conditions.
🔒 Deposits will not be refunded in such cases, so please ensure your venue meets appropriate standards before booking!

Local bookings require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Out-of-state bookings must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to be eligible for a reschedule or partial refund (excluding deposit).
This policy ensures that my time, travel, preparation, and materials are respected.
🚫 All deposits are non-refundable — no exceptions.
⚠️ No refunds will be issued for cancellations made outside of the allowed cancellation window.

During Latch & Paint events, photos and/or videos may be taken for promotional use on social media, website, or future marketing materials. By attending, you consent to your image being used unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

Please arrive on time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their seat and materials, especially during timed sessions. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

In the event of unsafe weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, Latch & Paint reserves the right to reschedule or modify the event. If this happens, all tickets will be transferred to a future date or credited toward another event.

If you or your child are sick or showing symptoms of illness, please stay home. We value the health and safety of all attendees. While tickets are non-refundable, please contact us to explore reschedule options.
